1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or engaging with our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Quantum Leaps Consulting Inc. (“QLC,” “we,” “our”) provides high-performance consulting in four core verticals:

• Health & Wellness - Business & Personal Development

• Brand & Design Strategy

• Future Tech & Innovation Advisory

• Digital Systems & Infrastructure Consulting

Services may include strategic audits, one-on-one advisory, brand or product development support, digital optimization, and ecosystem design tailored to each client’s needs.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe in CAD or USD.

• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Custom installment plans may be offered at our sole discretion and must be honored in full.

• Failed or late payments may result in suspension of services, removal from programs, or additional administrative fees.

Chargeback Policy:

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is a breach of contract. We reserve the right to pursue recovery via collections or legal proceedings. Stripe/PayPal will be provided full documentation of your agreement and receipt.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the high-level, custom, and time-sensitive nature of our programs and services, all sales are final.

• No refunds will be issued for digital products, consulting sessions, strategy documents, or services rendered.

• Refunds will only be considered if explicitly guaranteed in writing.

• Any request for consideration must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 calendar days of payment. After that window, no requests will be reviewed.

• Refunds, if granted, are at the sole and final discretion of QLC and may incur a processing fee of up to 20%.

• No refunds will be issued for failure to attend scheduled sessions, lack of implementation, or dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide timely, accurate information

• Participate in scheduled sessions or deliverables

• Take full ownership of implementation

• Communicate respectfully and honorably

Results are dependent on your execution. While QLC provides strategic clarity, we do not guarantee outcomes or specific financial results.

6. Intellectual Property

All consulting materials, processes, frameworks, and documents are the exclusive intellectual property of Quantum Leaps Consulting Inc.
You are granted a non-transferable, limited-use license for business application only. You may not reproduce, resell, or share materials with third parties without written consent.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your business data with strict confidentiality. Any information shared during our work together will not be disclosed outside of our engagement, unless required by law or with your written permission.

You agree to protect the confidentiality of proprietary strategies and materials received from QLC.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are advisory in nature. QLC is not a legal, medical, or financial institution. All strategic recommendations are provided in good faith based on expertise and experience, but final decisions are your responsibility.

We are not liable for any outcome, gain, or loss based on your application of our work.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed under Alberta law, QLC shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for services in the 90 days preceding any claim.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
All disputes shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation.
If unresolved, parties agree to binding arbitration in Calgary, Alberta, pursuant to the Alberta Arbitration Act.
Each party will bear its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded.

11. Modifications

QLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting at www.qlc-inc.com/legal.
